Sentiment runs 0 (extreme fear) to 100 (complacency), the mean of: VIX level (10→100, 40→0), VIX term structure VIX/VIX3M (0.80→100 contango, 1.10→0 backwardation), and SPY put/call volume (0.70→100, 1.30→0). Fed Regime Matrix: rate level is high at Fed Funds ≥ 3.0%, else low; balance sheet is expanding when the 3-month change in the Fed's asset holdings (WALCL) is ≥ 0%, else shrinking — each quadrant implies a different equity posture (see cells above). Inflation figures are year-over-year. Sources: CBOE (15-minute delayed) for sentiment; FRED (Federal Reserve Economic Data) for everything else, refreshed twice daily. Rates, the balance sheet, and overnight RRP update daily/weekly per their own FRED release schedule; CPI, PCE, unemployment, and the Fed funds rate are published monthly, roughly 1-6 weeks after the month they cover, so the date shown next to each reading (e.g. "06/26") is the most recent one BLS/the Fed have actually released, not a delay in this page. Not investment advice.
